Best pluming service in the Piedmont area hands down! Matt and Ashton fixed an issue other companies wouldn't; during which Matt noticed an additional leak that would have been devastating if not fixed ASAP. They went above and beyond! Extremely polite and respectful, these professionals did the job right! J.T.'s plumbing is the only company I will use. Highly recommended!

The pressure switch was installed correctly and will definitely use this company again.

Very well with the valve replacements, however the leak source has not been identified yet.

The quoted amount is the amount paid. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. They were friendly and respectful and professional. I would recommend to anyone needing a job done right the first time.

JT replaced the flushing stem and supply line and the howling/vibrating/whining noise disappeared from the flush. I was well satisfied with today's service. The bill was very reasonable for a service call plus parts. I would hire JT's Plumbing again.

JT Harrell and his crew did excellent work. They arrived when they said they would, despite having to deal with several emergencies elsewhere. They worked diligently, and did a very high quality job, even though several of our projects were challenging. JT obviously takes pride in the quality of the work his company performs, and it shows in the results. The price we paid included several high quality plumbing fixtures, which JT arranged to purchase at favorable prices.

J. T.'s Plumbing was referred to me by a friend's husband who warned me that J. T. was kept pretty busy because he's an expert. The exact quote was, "he'll do the job right and charge you a fair price."

J. T. answered my late afternoon call and (despite the upcoming holiday weekend) worked me in for early the following morning - before his other scheduled jobs. On a Friday.

He and Frank arrived on time, easily assessed the problem, and quickly got to work. It was rather more involved than the description on his invoice. They were here for almost 3 hours, working non-stop. There is no question that J. T. Harrell knows his stuff. He and Frank made certain that everything was done right, even down to cleaning up the areas afterward. They were friendly (but focused) and willing to answer any question I might have about my 1963 plumbing. J. T. Made certain I was satisfied with the work they had done.

You know exactly where you stand with J. T. He told me that the quality of his work is his bread and butter. But you can tell it's more than that with him. He and Frank were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional - and this is important to me - trustworthy.

How do I explain this? About a month after my dad died, I had a plumbing emergency. My neighbors recommended a really good local plumbing company that specializes in emergency plumbing. The two young men were in and out very quickly - and I have no complaints about them or the job they did. But everything felt rushed, quickly explained, almost impatient to be done, gone, and to the next job. (Again - no complaints - this is just the impression they left with me. I know that time is money and no one wants to have a chat when being charged by the hour.) J.T. and Frank were quick & efficient but I felt they were more knowledgeable. I also felt they would get the job done right, with no short-cuts.

I highly recommend J. T.'s Plumbing.

Took longer to complete the job than first estimated.  Was not punctual at all. However the price was very good and the quality was very good.  I would use this company again.
