"I regret trusting the positive reviews. I suppose it depends on what subcontractor is sent. Only 1 junior resource showed up on day 1 and started painting. Brush strokes locked into paint everywhere. Cut in wall paint over ran line at ceiling into ceiling. Paint dripped into light switches. Day 1 is supposed to be all prep, nail pops not addressed before painting started! Day 2 senior resource joined him. Missed many nail pops and rushing to address them after painting had already started meant uneven lumps and dimples over shoddy nail pop repair, and repainting over that meant difference in sheen. When replacing deck screens used poor technique with power drill/screwdriver and stripped all the screws. Paint hand and fingerprints over the screens. They worked really hard but in effect were 1.5 resources for a large job and were rushing and making mistakes. Very polite but end product subpar."

"A crew of painters arrived promptly at the time specified and assisted us in removing some of the furniture although that is not normally a part of their job.  First, they painted the ceilings in 7of the rooms in our home.  They proceeded by painting the individual rooms, including the dining room and kitchen, which required the relocation of a refrigerator, a freezer and a washer and dryer.  When they finished work each day, they made sure the house was secure before they left.  The painters were always neatly dressed and courteous at all times.  All contact with Tanner Green was acknowledged quickly and frequently with a visit to ensure that any concern that we had was addressed.  We were impressed by his promptness and his willingness to answer our many questions.  The project was completed on time and we were surprised when one of the workers cleaned the windows, including the bathroom and kitchen.  We are well pleased with all of the work that was done."

Kelvin walked all over our roof to make sure he identified all of the trim repair needed and gave us a detailed list. He also made certain that the stain he used matched what was put on last time.
