I know it sounds silly, but a lot of contractors/painters aren't fully digital yet. It's incredibly annoying when all you want is a quick answer that doesn't need a phone call, especially since I work 3rd shift, and contact during the day can be a bit difficult.) "A crew of painters arrived promptly at the time specified and assisted us in removing some of the furniture although that is not normally a part of their job.  First, they painted the ceilings in 7of the rooms in our home.  They proceeded by painting the individual rooms, including the dining room and kitchen, which required the relocation of a refrigerator, a freezer and a washer and dryer.  When they finished work each day, they made sure the house was secure before they left.  The painters were always neatly dressed and courteous at all times.  All contact with Tanner Green was acknowledged quickly and frequently with a visit to ensure that any concern that we had was addressed.  We were impressed by his promptness and his willingness to answer our many questions.  The project was completed on time and we were surprised when one of the workers cleaned the windows, including the bathroom and kitchen.  We are well pleased with all of the work that was done."

Kelvin walked all over our roof to make sure he identified all of the trim repair needed and gave us a detailed list. He also made certain that the stain he used matched what was put on last time.
