"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"Troy was very friendly, very easy to work with, and did exactly what he said he was going to do for the price we were quoted. When he was done there was nothing to clean up or fix. A job VERY well done."

"Very pleased with the work and look. Very satisfied overall. The estimator and supervisor Alex was very attentive, prompt and willing to answer any and all questions I had. The two carpenters in particular who did the majority of the work were excellent. Only complaint is minor as perhaps they could have cleaned up better when work was finished as we found many plastic labels that came off the ends of the new deck boards as well as a few random nails. Again a very minor complaint."

"These two brothers are excellent. They work seamlessly together, are highly efficient, and stay committed until the job is complete. Iâ  ve already hired them for a second project on my deck and have a third job planned. Youâ  ll be satisfied with their work."

"This couple did a super job! This was the first time we had hired a cleaning service and we liked them immediately. They did everything we asked and we let some areas go because of our other needs, but they adapted easily. We'll hire them again!"

"Uribe and Sons did a great job! They showed up on time, were very professional, courteous, listened to my desires and plans, and left my place clean each day they were on my property. Their work was outstanding, very thorough, and they were easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to have their house painted!!!"

"Very professional service- they completed the job in a timely and clean manner. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future."

"Needed fencing installed to keep groundhogs from taking up residence under our deck. Brady came up with a creative and complete solution that made sure the varmints were out and would not return. Would use again."
