"Answered the phone on the second ring, requested information to help with our garage sink installation. Sent pictures for review and received a quote within 15 minutes along with a date and time for the project to be installed. Very professional and polite, answered all my questions and explained what was needed for the sink installation. Placed towels down to catch any mess and actually shop vacuumed the garage floor. "Great! The work was done last November and I chose to wait a couple months to see if the fix would last over time. It did! They also had another drainage issue that I was unaware of. Fixed that too at no extra charge. I had 3 estimates. I picked Falcone because their solution made the most sense to me...and they had the lowest cost estimate. Great people to work with.
