"It went very well. ER was able to respond within hours to unclog sewer and scheduled a date to come back and repair and reroute the broken line. (My outdoor deck was expanded before I purchased the house and one of the studs cracked the line.) Repair went better than expected and I was impressed at the initial appointment. The ability to diagnose the problem paired with the courtesy, respect and professionalism were top notch. It was expensive but this was a big job and I didn't know what to expect as I didn't ask for other estimates. I didn't feel the need. Based on the initial appointment, I felt confident and had peace of mind that I was in good hands and I was not let down."
