"Ducts were cleaned as we contracted for. When they finished the HVAC ducts they said they would do the dryer vent as a complimentary service. I told them I had recently cleaned it and they would probably not get much lint out of the vent. I was amazed at all they got out and it was at no additional charge."

"Due to both my wife & I experiencing frequent sneezing while in our home during the pollen season, our physician recommended upgrading the filter system in our HVAC. Sandpiper is our "go-to" HVAC company so we contacted them about such equipment. They responded immediately and Adam was most knowledgeable about such systems and offered several options to solve the problem. "I had a leak in the attic right above the master bedroom. The issue was mainly a clogged drain line for the AC unit located in the attic. The general manager actually came out late Friday night to look at the issue and give me a quote. Techs showed up first thing Monday morning and replaced the attics unit and ran a new drain line to prevent this from occurring again. The new unit is more efficient and came with a programmable thermostat. I would recommend A+ Heating and Cooling to anyone that needed their services. They are wonderful to work with and their techs are very professional and make sure you are satisfied before they leave!!"

Scorpions are often attracted to the moisture around air conditioning ducts or seek cooler areas during hot weather, using vents as a pathway inside. They may slip through small openings where the duct meets the vent cover and travel within walls before emerging.
