Paint One IncThis company was a pleasure to work with. I had a very professional and hardworking crew; they were punctual, very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned my gutters by hand, power washed the driveway, sidewalk, pressure washed the house, deck, and stained the deck. I thought they did a great job, but I did find it odd that when they pressure washed the driveway and walkway that they did not take up the mat at the front door that you wipe your feet on before coming into the house. They pressure washed around the mat. When I e-mailed the company about this I never received a response back and that was disappointing.- Patricia H.

H&H Painting & Remodeling LLCI joined Angie's List (AL) having been stood up by several different contractors to see if I could have better luck. I was in the market to have all of the above items completed, and was on a really tight timeline. I joined Angie's list on Monday 19Jan2015 and had an open house scheduled the coming weekend on 24Jan2015. I was looking through all the companies on AL writing down all the different companies I would have to contact to get all of these things done, when I noticed that H and H actually did all of the things I needed done. I contacted them on Monday afternoon and Alvarro called me within a couple hours. I explained the situation to him and that I would need to have everything completed by the weekend for the open house. He scheduled an appointment for 8am the next morning to give me a free estimate. He showed up on time for the estimate and gave me a very fair price to complete the task. He told me the best paint to get for my needs and gave me permission to purchase the supplies at HomeDepot with their contractor's discount. He picked paint that was not outrageous, but also of really good quality. On 21Jan2015, they completed all tasks except the painting of the trim and doors, as this was not in the original bid. They did such a good job painting, we wanted to get the trim and doors painted in those rooms. Alvarro agreed to come back the next day and complete this as well. I can't speak highly enough of Alvarro, and his professionalism. He was prompt, fairly priced, very courteous and very attentive to the needs of our unique situation. I would highly recommend H and H, and have already referred them to a couple friends and family members.- christopher d.

Initially impressed with reviews of Mr. Harts and his crew. They did not disappoint in any respect. Derek Harts did all of the measuring and addressed our concerns. Mr. Hart’s kept us updated on the progress of our bow window (built for our space). He called us when the window arrived, but the stormy weather was not cooperative. Checked in with us until the rain let up and then scheduled the removal of our old bow window and the installation of our beautiful new window! Mr. Harts and his crew were very prompt, patient with ALL of our questions, very knowledgeable/professional, all measurements were correct the first time, extremely heavy window. This time the big bow window was installed correctly with overhead cable supports and shield from top of window up to sealed soffit. I hosed it down with strongest stream from garden hose to simulate hurricane force, and not one drop of water was observed inside. There was some rot from where the old window had been leaking and they removed the siding from below the window and replaced the rotten wood and reinstalled the siding. The first thing we noticed was that we could stand in front of our bow window and not feel the heat from the sun that kept us from using this space! We would not hesitate to use them again, worth every penny!!!!

If you are a discerning homeowner then hire Daniel. He knows what he is doing, will protect your furnishings, landscaping, lighting etc. He is excellent in addition to polite and very hard working. My business uses pressure washer regularly for small jobs but for my home I always call Bluewater. It doesn't get better than Daniel.
