"Ducts were cleaned as we contracted for. When they finished the HVAC ducts they said they would do the dryer vent as a complimentary service. I told them I had recently cleaned it and they would probably not get much lint out of the vent. I was amazed at all they got out and it was at no additional charge."

"Due to both my wife & I experiencing frequent sneezing while in our home during the pollen season, our physician recommended upgrading the filter system in our HVAC. Sandpiper is our "go-to" HVAC company so we contacted them about such equipment. They responded immediately and Adam was most knowledgeable about such systems and offered several options to solve the problem.
