Although barely five-years-old, the asphalt shingles in that area of the roof (not much sun) were badly stained--and getting them replaced is a big hassle. Josh answered my initial request very promptly and quickly sent a written quote after listening to my concerns and seeing the photos of the stained shingles. He arrived on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job: he took great care with the shingles, and the roof looks like new. He is very polite and professional--and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his work. I will be contacting him with any future power-washing work I need done in the future."
