Precise Team showed up on time and went to work right away. Removed all the shingles and cleaned up after themselves. On Day 2 they were on time again and did excellent work and cleaned up again. At all times they were protective of bushes and all things around the house. They were at all times courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them!! I already have another job scheduled for them.

The installation went very well. The crew was amazing and they worked really hard both days. In addition, they were very prompt and was professional.

Very responsive to emails and provided a quote fast. They were the most expensive of the 3 quotes received but was able to schedule us faster than other roofers. They did not arrive on the scheduled date, arrived a day later. I'm not a builder nor roofer so I can't speak to the quality of work. Hopefully it stays attached.

They did a great job. I called several different roofers. Many of them never responded or did not want to do a minor repair, but Precise did the repair in a professional and timely manner.

Everything going on excellent! Precise Roofing takes care the negotiation with our insurance company to issue additional fundings for the actual cost of the project. The installation is done professionally, the new roof look amazing!

Prices Roofing did a professional job replacing my flat roof. They were very responsive and always on time. The job took 3 days and they left a clean yard behind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do a roof job in Triangle NC.

I had a good experience with them getting my roof replaced. We had some issues with having to reschedule last minute which was frustrating sometimes. Some of it was due to the fuel shortage which wasn't their fault...I'd give them 4.5 stars overall if I could.

Precise Roofing and Exteriors did a great job replacing damaged siding on our chimney column as well as replacing our front porch railing with vinyl. The work was very well done and the workmen were very professional. They also identified and replaced a few damaged boards on the columns at the front of the house. Throughout, we communicated well with the supervisor onsite as well as via email. Overall, they did a fantastic job!

"Three out of four of my roofing quotes were fairly comparable. Precise Roofing and Exteriors was slightly less expensive though. Kevin and Roberto were very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and get in contact with by phone, which is saying a lot during Covid days. They also had sooner availability than the other companies. The paperwork they sent was relatively easy to understand and not as scary as the legal heavy contracts of some of the other companies. Last but not least, Gerardo and the crew were extremely professional and produced an excellent looking architectural shingled roof."

We had an old shingle roof removed and replaced with a new metal seamless roof. We also had our chimney removed, and gutters replaced. Our project manager was very responsive and upfront about the entire process. It ended up being about 4 days of work, and photos were taken throughout the process to show any additional damages and repairs. I feel Precise did an honest, thorough, respectful and quality job. The new roof and gutters look amazing. We are very satisfied with the work.
