"I couldn't have asked for a better company to perform the remodel on my kitchen, downstairs bathroom and a new bathroom addition upstairs. I live in an older home built in the 1930's and previously when new floors were laid the other companies just nailed another layer of underlayment down and off they went. Much to my surprise A Plus Home Remodeling removed all old flooring down to the floor joist and leveled everything prior to the remodel. Once crews came onsite, they were there 6 days a week until complete. They were able to do in all, electrical, plumbing, framing and finish carpentry. A one stop shop. "Zach arrived on time and completed 98% of the task I had outlined. He will be returning next week to finish hanging the bar light fixture and another kitchen fixture. I had ordered extra parts to complete this and he will finish up as soon as I receive the parts. Zach went above and beyond performing these tasks for me. He left all work areas in immaculate condition. My only regret is that he can not help finish everything I need to get my house ready for sale."

"I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. "Joe Everette is the absolute best in the business. He is a master at keeping on time and on budget, while providing top quality work and materials. He does not cut corners, he is particular with every detail. We honestly have no complaints at all. We are so happy with our new home which is in the last week or so of construction. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
