Brian was very responsive during an emergency of an unknown water leak that was causing damage. He was able to fix the issue temporarily until the parts arrived for a permanent fix. He provided great communication of part arrival and when he would arrive to fix the issue. I really appreciated all his efforts in making sure the issue was solved properly.
