They used solid pipe that was not perforated, and it has caused rain to saturate my soil and build up underneath, causing damage to the driveway, brick wall, and joists. It demonstrates that no testing was performed when it was completed, and there was no follow-up for about six weeks afterwards. Update 1-4-2023----I would like to update the project with Dry Pro, they have fully completed the job by replacing without charge a new French Drain. They gave me the cost of the driveway, I was forced to put in June of 2021. The customer representative was very cordial to me as a customer, he understood exactly what the problem was and took care of it without any questions they exercise great quality service and reputable name for Dry Pro.
