If I had only known that the small Snake Line was going to go Through the center of my Brand New drain (which I had replaced just last night). I would NOT have taken out the old one! The small snake caused the very center of the drain (where the Stopper guide goes) to be widened and have sharp edges. We did bring this to David’s attention and he smoothed the edges down as we asked him to. The water is flowing smoothly and rapidly now. We are also thankful for getting on the schedule the day after we contacted CGC. Thanks for a job well done."
