I contacted All Clear Sewer and Drain Sunday night and he had someone over by Monday morning. The gentleman that came to work on our kitchen drain was kind and finished the job in a short time. Drain works great, and the price was very reasonable. Wasn’t a crazy emergency, but no one wants to deal with plumbing issues, glad I hired this company found on Angi.

After trying Draino and other home alternatives, the drain wouldn't not stay cleared until we hired Joe the owner of All Clear Sewer and Drain. Didn't take long to use the proper equipment to clear drain and since Joe no problems have re-occurred. Priced right, quick availability, recommended for drain work.

I'm so happy with the service! They were kind and courteous, and got the job done quickly. Would recommend them to anyone!

Was unknowingly flipped by Angie's List to HOME ADVISOR who hooked me up with a "B" rated drain cleaner who is not a plumber, not bonded or insured (according to Angie's List)! This in spite of being listed as a "Non-Payment" (in contract violation?) Angie's List participant since 2018 thus cannot be included in their Category or Key Word searches??? $200+ later, after significant delay - Kirk their only worker on Sat/Sun was a nice guy.

We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. We were charged $295 for less than half an hour of work to snake a line when we were having a backup into our house. The receipt stated that the work is covered by a 60 day guaranty. A little over a month later we had the exact same issue. We called the company back and told them it should be covered under a 60 day warranty. They agreed and came back out. However, after they had snaked the line again (once again less than half an hour of work) they handed my husband a bill for $275. My husband explained that we shouldn’t be receiving a bill as they were performing work under a warranty. The man (Joe) then told him that he had performed additional work that was not covered by the warranty when he put a camera in the line to determine what the problem was. We informed the company that we would not be paying the second bill as 1) it was our understanding there would be no charge for the second service call, 2) if any work outside the scope or the warranty was going to be performed, they should have notified us, and 3) the actual problem was never fixed. Our communication from the company has been extremely hostile and threatening. At this point, we will likely be taking them to small claims court to resolve this issue. Worst experience with a service provider EVER. Do not use this company.

I was not happy with ALL CLEAR. Joe didn't fix my problem and wasn't happy climbing in the crawl space. He complained the whole time and broke my door and charged me way too much for not fixing the clog pipe. I ended up having to call a real plumber and he fixed it. Joe kept saying he is not a plumber so you need to take him off your plumbing list which that is what i asked for and his company came up. i ended up googling a real plumber and got the job done. I feel so ripped off.

Very punctual. once Anthony arrived i greeted him at the door an he was very respectful. I had a drain clogged in my upstairs sink and was afraid of it leaking and damaging my home. He assured me that he would take care of everything. I couldn't believe it, he was in and out of my home within a few minutes. Very clean and professional. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of drain cleaning services and will definitely use again when in need.

Went well, was years ago and i don't recall anything off putting. Cool dude, good work.

All Clear Sewer and Drain showed up to the rental house very quickly. Upon arrival, they were unable to unclog the 4" sewer main. Joe call and said that he was going to camera the line to see where it was blocked. He never mentioned additional cost for the camera. He was unable to find the blockage with his camera. In the process, he busted a hole in the sewer main under the house. He then told the tenant that he discussed the issue with the landlord and told her the bill was $700. All Clear Sewer and Drain didn't resolve the issue they were called to resolve. To make matters worse, they busted a hole in the 4" sewer main in the crawl space of my house and waste water was draining into the crawl space. They refused to patch the hole they busted in the pipe because they are not licensed plumbing contractors. They then lied to the tenant who unknowingly wrote them a check for $700 in lieu of the $325 per the initial quote. To summarize, All Clear Sewer and Drain came out to perform a service call, made the problem worse and charged more than double what their initial quote was. Joe is an unlicensed crook! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This was the worst customer service ever.  We had a really bad blockage in our interior home drainage pipes.  All Clear was referred to us (someone other than Angie's List) so we gave them a try.  All Clear got one thing right.  They showed up quickly.  Frank was the individual that did the work.  To make a long story they botched the job and caused a sewage water leak that affected two floors of our home.  We now have $25,000 in water damage to our house that is going to take weeks or months to repair.  Joe, the owner, refused to stand by their guarantee or accept any responsibility for the damage they did to my house.  He was also abusive over the phone.  Avoid this company!

Frank the technician came to the rental house of mine to clear two drains in the master bath that were running slowly.  He called me when the work was "completed."  He told me that both sinks were clear, but that now the pipes below the sinks were both leaking.  He said I would have to call a plumber to fix the leaking sinks. The sinks were not leaking before he worked on the drains.
 I called my contractor who told me that $300 was far too much to clear two sinks.  My contractor went to the home, found that the pipes had been loosened, causing the leak.  He tightened the pipes and told me to call John, the owner of All Clear Sewer and Drain and dispute the charge, as it was far too much for the work performed, and that the pipes were loosened during the service performed by his company.  I didn't get to make the call, as less than five days later, my tenant called and informed me that one sink was still running slowly.  
My contractor called John and stated that I had been overcharged and the work wasn't completed.  John himself then showed up to my rental house.  My contractor, my tenant, and her 5 year old daughter were there. He arrived, got out of his car and came into the rental home.  He was yelling, cursing and scared my tenant and her 5 year old daughter with his behavior.  My husband showed up and tried to diffuse the situation.  John started yelling at him stating that he himself hadn't performed the service and had he been told, he would have fixed it.  My husband responded that John could say he would have fixed it now, but was unwilling to fix it earlier. At that point my husband asked him to leave the property.
In all my years of having repair services performed, I have NEVER had a contractor of any kind come into my home yelling, and cursing.  Especially in front of small children.  This man and his company will never be recommended by myself to any of my friends, especially women.  He overcharged us, and caused additional problems which I had to pay to have fixed. When the issues were brought to his attention, rather than handling it like a professional, he screams, swears, and tried to intimidate my tenant and my contractor.  All in front of a five year old child.  
I have never written a negative review before, but this is important.  As a woman, and a mother, as well as a business owner, it is important to know who is doing work on your home and coming into your house.   This should not happen to anyone else.

It was almost 5 pm and after a shower the toilet would not flush!!  We called All Clear and they were at our house in about 30 minutes and about 40 minutes after that they were pulling out of the driveway, drain all fixed!!!  They were super nice and polite, they fixed the mulch so you would never know they dug down to get to the drain and everything was working great!!!!  So happy to have another great resource, but hoping I don't have to call them back!!!  Thank you so much for a great job!!!!

Another company had spent two days working on my sewer problem and after they left I did not have a working toilet. I found Joe from All Clear Sewer and my problems were solved. From the time is got out of his van to the time he left (30 minutes) I had clear water and a working toilet. He is very personable and knowledgeable in his field. What a great experience! I would recommend him to anyone who has challenges with their sewer system .

Had a slow draining sink in my new business. The old tenant evidently poured paint or something thick down the drains and everything was slow draining.

Joe Carrera showed up and was cleanly dressed and polite. He immediately reviewed the situation and started the process. He removed the p-trap and fed the unit into the wall. After clearing the first blockage, he removed the equipment and tried the system which was draining better....but not the way it should. He drained the sink carefully and removed the p-drain again then ran the equipment 60 feet into the pipes. Still not happy, he pulled out the snake and changed the head to a larger diameter bit and went through it again. Removed the equipment, tested the results and were awesome. Cleaned up and left the place like he found it.

I was impressed that he wanted it done right, not just done.

We had a sewer line blockage and it backed up in our downstairs toilet. I called Joseph right after a bad experience with the plumber my home warranty company sent. Joseph called me back within minutes. We were out of town at the time, and so we scheduled for the afternoon of our return. He called when he was on his way, and even arrived early. He and his son quickly got to work and cleaned the line. They used a tarp and did not leave any mess behind. Plus, he's a nice guy and kept the situation light with his jokes. I guess when you're in this line of work, that helps. Never having had a backup before, the service was more expensive than I expected, but it seemed in line with average pricing.
What impressed me most was his willingness to help after the service. He didn't just take my money and forget about me. Since the plumber my home warranty company sent was not able to fix the problem, I felt that the home warranty company should cover what I paid to All Clear. Joseph said he would be happy to talk with them to help explain his diagnosis and repair. The claim was denied based on the diagnosis that the home warranty company's plumber had made, but Joseph disagreed with that assessment. He called the home warranty company to offer his findings and helped me make the argument for coverage. I appealed the claim and the home warranty company eventually decided to reimburse me. Happy ending! I would definitely recommend him and would use him again if I had a drain issue.
