"The job went great! They were able to remove a very large drainpipe that was 5 feet below the road. Additionally they installed a larger pipe for us, and did an excellent job getting it seated in place and covering it up. The road going into our farm doesn't flood anymore and the water is able to drain nicely on the sides where they helped dig the angle much better than any piece of farm equipment we had on hand. Mr. Lozy was kind enough to help us dig a really small pond for the deer as well. With his excavator it took 3 minutes, what would have taken me 18 hours and a broken back to do with a shovel."

"Scrubbed mold from wooden support members under concrete porch. More than willing to retouch areas that I felt needed fine tuning. Allowed to dry & double coated with antimicrobial sealer. Hand dug in different area down to French Drain in attempt to cap off & re-route. Owner of Falcone drilled several weep holes in concrete blocks that were allowing slight seepage into crawl. Water tested area of concrete patio & bricks that I had installed recently above seepage area in series to correct. Even though he brought his trenching equip for substantial dig that was quoted, Fred felt that I had solved the seepage problem & did not need the modification to french drain. Saved me a bunch of money by not doing this & by not fabricating additional expenses related to trailering equip to the site. Note: Most contractors would have proceeded with the dig needed or not, out of greed. I felt that Fred was very knowledgeable, competent, honest and that he &  his crew were quite focused on making sure that I was a satisfied customer. Upon review of my system, it was found that my well was constantly running due to a faulty expansion tank and a split line between my home and well. They then committed to come and repair the problem Friday, just 2 days later. "David arrived when he said he would and completed the task by correctly identifying where the clog was. If I had only known that the small Snake Line was going to go Through the center of my Brand New drain (which I had replaced just last night). I would NOT have taken out the old one! The small snake caused the very center of the drain (where the Stopper guide goes) to be widened and have sharp edges. We did bring this to David’s attention and he smoothed the edges down as we asked him to. The water is flowing smoothly and rapidly now. "Mark Bogle came out and went through every question we could throw at him . Very professional and patient . We decided to move ahead with the project . It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule and we were good for launch . I expected large equipment rolling all over the property . What I got was two guys and two shovels . These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days .
