"Best of the best. Mr Junior Green is the most outstanding contractor I've ever work with. He is pleasant,sincere and honest business man. He insured his sub-contractors did quality work and clean up meticulously after themselves. The mistake was made by one of his sub-contractor Raul Ortiga Sanchez,Who unfortunately failed to take responsibility for his error and wanted to be paid again to the work the second time. Mr junior green told me to pay clean hands company less than the original estimate because Mr. Green could wanted to pay off the corrective action problem of the sub contractor. "The contractor took time to come to my home and spend ~30 min to look at the job, but never responded with an estimate.  Also never responded after multiple attempts to contact them about when an estimate would be available, well over a month after the initial visit.  If you are too busy to provide services, don't waste my time coming out in the first place, please.

-UPDATE: The company contacted us and apologized.  The individual that came out apparently does not work there anymore.  I would be OK to give them a second chance, as they seem to have good reviews.
