Garage Door Service
Yesterday, I called Overhead door and advised them of my problem, and was told that they would have someone over to my house between 12-2pm. On 10/31, at 11;15am I drove into my driveway, and the technician was waiting for me to perform repairs.
He looked at the door, and was attach the garage door opener track back on the wall, and put a new washer and nut on the screw that went into the wall.
Additionally, he saw that my grange door had some cracks, and recommended several ways to fix the door, which included wither replacing the door, or putting a metal bar across the top of the door to give it additional strength. The Technician, Ken, then added additional screws to the plate that secured the break-away for the garage door, and sprayed all the rollers not only on this door, but a door that I wasn't having any problems with.
He also left me pricing to replace either my garage doors by themselves, or the garage doors with two new openers. He wasn't pushy at all, and couldn't be more helpful.

We had a spring break on our garage door. When the spring broke, the
overhead rail for the garage door opener was bent. The technician was
prompt and friendly. He installed a new spring on our garage door.
However, in the process he completely coated the windshield and hood of
our car with the oil he used to lubricate the new spring. I noticed this
after he left, and took care of the clean up myself. He also hammered
out the overhead rail, so that it was possible to open the garage door
again. After he did this, the rail was still bent to the extent that it
vibrated and shook horribly. We felt something might shake loose and
fall on our cars. The technician spent the majority of his time (which
added to the cost of the job) hammering out the rail. Then he
recommended we buy a new garage door opener and have it installed,
because he said we would have a hard time finding the replacement part
for the bent rail. Afterward, I called the manufacturer of our garage
door opener, and had no problem finding out that a replacement rail was
available for our make and model.

Garage Door Service
They are very professional and punctual. They came to repair one door, checked the other door, reconditioned it, tightened it, and had to restring and re-cable one door. I had the salesman to come out and give me an estimate. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
