Brian & Arturo installed my glass shower door which I purchased from another vendor. I originally was going to have my contractor install it but he did not have the correct equipment and would have overcharged. Covered by insurance. The employee was running behind but called ahead to let me know ETA. Once he arrived, he went right to work and sealed the defect. You can still see where it was, but it has not increased in size since the repair. I am satisfied with the work and would hire again. Pictures aren't great

It went terrific! They did a great job. It had to be a custom built, and had to be exactly measured. It looked really nice, worth the cost.

Very happy with service. This is the 2nd time we have used Glass Doctor of Raleigh. Previous time was 6 windows, this time was 1 large square window. They removed the glass, did a minor repair to rotted wood and installed the new window.

Top notch company. Price quotes seemed fair and were provided in a timely fashion. Office kept us informed as the job progressed. The two workers sent to do the job, Andy Womble and Adrian Valencia, were professional, efficient, neat and skilled. To replace the window panes in the door, the wooden framing around each pane had to be removed and then replaced. When the job was done, I could hardly tell that work had been done--no easy feat. I would definitely use the company again, especially if the job was not a simple window replacement. My only regret is that I did not see the Angie's list coupon offer until I went online to write this review.

The whole process was seamless. The free measurements were taken, and I was given estimates for options. I called and placed the order once I decided. The order arrived, and easy to schedule installation. I was given a 1 hour time frame and Neil and Clint called as a courtesy and showed up right on time (even a few mins early!) They were very professional and nice to work with, exceptional job and service! Definitely will use glass doctors again should the need arise!

We had 6 small sealed windows with bad seals, a medium arch top window and a large (5 x 6 foot) arch top sealed window (with bad seals) replaced. The service tech arrived to measure windows on time, was very professions. Explained how the process worked. Quote came by email. After placing deposit, the windows were measured again. Order arrived about 2 weeks later. Installation took most of 1 day. Glass was removed from window frames, and new double pane sealed glass windows installed, wood trim replaced and caulked. Large window over front door required 4 people and a scaffolding to replace. Workers were professional, cleaned up afterward. Used tarps/drop cloths to protect carpet and hardwood floor. Windows look great!

They came out and measured initially, and were very informative on what needed to be done and how long it would take. They called us when our window that was ordered came in, scheduled an appointment the following day and the technician (Shawn Postell) came to fix it in less than an hour! Shawn was professional, courteous of the fact that I had a napping baby, and even wore boot protectors in the house which I thought was a great touch of respect (it’s the little things!). We couldn’t have been happier with Glass Doctor and will definitely be using them again in the future, and will specifically request that Shawn be our tech for any job. Thank you guys and happy holidays!

All good. They came out to measure and took deposit of half total cost. Replacement was prepared and ready to install in less than two weeks. Since I had some grout work needing to be done in the shower, I had them come out to remove the old enclosure one day and then a return trip a few days later to do the installation after other vendor took care of grout. Very professional and efficient on each visit. Although a little higher cost than some other quotes I received (+$100), I'm very glad with my decision.

Extremely well. It took a while because they had to fabricate a custom double-pane, but once that was done they had it installed in maybe half an hour. Top-notch installation with new weather seal and everything else--can't even tell the window was ever broken.

I was told someone would be at my house on Tuesday afternoon. I took the afternoon off to wait to let someone in. No one showed up. I called, and was told something about someone not getting some information (I don't need the details of Glass Doctors' internal processes and procedures). My card had already been charged half of the fee. I canceled the order. I can only hope to receive a refund. My time is worth something. When I take hours off to meet someone, I expect them to be there.

The installer did a great job of replacing the glass. It looks wonderful and makes my bathroom much brighter. I requested to schedule an estimate on line. It was a few days before the scheduler called me back however in the meantime someone else contacted me saying that the scheduler would call. All on sight visits were punctual and professionally handled. It seemed to take a long time(2 1/2 weeks) for the replacement skylight to come in after ordering. All in all I am very pleased with the service and will use them again.

Something happened with the measurements when they first came out so the glass was cut wrong. The second time the glass was ordered it had a blemish in it. Got it right the third time. They were very responsive and had great communication through out it all. Finished product is beautiful.
