I enjoy doing business with firms that promise a lot, but deliver even more. That’s the case with Vail-Wise. We had substantial rot on original 25 year old siding and Jake suggested we replace with Hardie Plank. The craftsmanship was fantastic. The crew was great to deal with. I can highly recommend this firm.

Excellent! Arrived on time, Russ & team performed an excellent job. Even fixed a couple areas I did not see and could become a problem if left untreated. They completed in a timely manner & cleaned up removed all Items replaced an and left the work area neat and clean. Not the cheapest, but they did an excellent & I did quality work and gave great value for the level of work performed. Done right the first time. I plan to use them again!

We have an 1976 contemporary era home with original cedar siding. I had a hard time finding someone who had experience doing repair work on such expensive and delicate material until I found Vail-Syde Construction. Ruston was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. He showed up when he said he would, didn’t try to upsell me, was able to source the cedar siding which is not readily available and does top quality work in a timely manner. He and his crew put our house back together beautifully and we are thrilled to have found such a great company to work with. I have hired many subcontractors for our home renovation over the last year and Ruston is a stand out. I plan to use them in the future for all our siding repairs and more.

Had the pleasure of hiring Vail-Syde Construction to replace 28 windows and a double door at our home. From all the contractors we had out to quote the job, he stood out the most with his knowledge. Our home is 37 years old and so were the windows. From start to finish, the job took only two days! We didn't feel overwhelmed during the project and it didn't take weeks to complete. Ruston, one of the owners was on site daily to oversee the project/ answer any questions I had. Very thankful to find this company and their workers!
