The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The estimation process was courteous, prompt and competitive. The work, eave and soffit repairs and siding replacement on the chimney, was done in as timely a manner as possible (some minor delays due to weather) and appears to be perfect. They even found a couple of issues not originally in the project scope and handled them as well (after consultation of course)! I recommend them highly!

I had Vail-Syde come out to look at a small project. They came out the next day to access the project. I had roof line wood to be replaced and panels to be replace. It looks great and they take credit cards. I would definitely recommend them.

Vail-Syde did a wonderful job replacing some damaged siding due to the previous owner's dog chewing it up. They replaced it and matched the paint so you would never know it was replaced and looks great. They worked quickly and efficiently. Rustin was great to work with. I highly recommend them.

The project was a combination of siding repair and install. The quality of the work was great. The project started on time and ended on the estimated date. The process was very smooth from the original assessment to completion of the the project. I discussed with Ruston the possibility of painting all exterior wood trim. My home is a Cape Cod style, so there would not be a lot of wood to paint. After inspecting the wood, Ruston suggested pressure washing instead of painting. He explained the paint was in good shape, just needed some cleaning. His suggestion saved me money. The suggestion indicated to me that he is interested in serving his customers. Of course he is interested in making money for his company, but not at the customer's expense. I was comfortable from the beginning. The process was clearly explained to me and the pressure wash recommendation earned my complete trust. The end product reinforced the company's competence doing quality work. I would definitely use Vail-Syde going forward.

This company is GREAT!! They were very professional, prompt, and explained everything they were going to do, the reason why they were going to do it, and made sure I understood. I am planning on hiring them for another project I need completed.

Very professional and honest company.

Lane Vail pointed out to me the area of the roof leak and explained what caused the roof to leak. He also pointed out a few other issues that were present and could become problematic in the future, such as nail pops. They did a fix on those issues also. The roof repair carries a warranty that is transferable. Lane and his crew were professional in their interactions with me, the homeowner, and in their performance on the job. I will definitely recommend them.

I was shown photos of the work by the field tech guy right after he was done. Not by request but it must be their practice. Very impressed overall with this company.

Ruston was great from start to finish. He came out for the initial quote very quickly and was very professional. On the day of the project he and Jake knocked the repair out in a timely manner and the quality of work for the repair was excellent. They went above and beyond and did a great job cleaning up their work. I will recommend Vail-Syde to all my friends and neighbors and will call Ruston the next time our cedar siding needs repairs.

We would highly recommend these guys. They were very professional, organized and hardworking. They arrived on time with all the necessary equipment & supplies and worked throughout the day with only a short break for lunch. Their communication was excellent, both before and during the project & they cleaned up all the debris after the job was completed. Would definitely use them again for other projects in the future.
