The siding that was applied was insulated and I've gotten numerous compliments on the look, but after 2 years having this installed, I have to say my utility bills have never been lower. Best purchase, Improvement to the home to date. My home is 102 years old and was very cold before this application. My electric bill to date hasn't been over 120.00 a month and in the summer its around 70.00! It has already paid for itself. 2000 sq.ft. home and they did this in a week. I would highly recommend this company. Any time I had questions they were there to answer.

We had 4 roofs torn off and replaced and Valiant did an amazing job. They kept the job site clean and when they were finished, my roofs looked amazing. I would highly recommend ******, he was a great salesman. When we decide to get new windows, definitely calling Valiant for a quote.

Mason from Valiant Roofing came out to my home and inspected my roof. There wasn't any high pressure to sign a contract "that day" like I have experienced with other roofing companies. They sent me a proposal that detailed everything - the materials and the Scope of Work. After I signed the contract, they came out a week later and installed my roof. The crew was very nice and did a great job cleaning up all of the debris. I really appreciate the professionalism. I highly recommend Valiant.

Great Job. Very Honest Company and excellent value! Sara helped me review other contracts and I could see the other companies were overcharging me for a sub-par shingle and other items that should not be related to my install. Valiant's contract was very detailed and outlined a wood contingency in case I needed more OSB. I appreciated this transparency knowing I would not get overcharged. The contract price was less than the other companies and included gutters. The crew was very respectful and worked very hard. They did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Valiant Roofing.

Please never repeat my mistake. I hired the company to install roof. Greg assured us that his company was the only one certified to install radiant barrier. They DO NOT know how to install it. They created curling and buckling effect that my insurance refused to insure until we replace the roof. They installed one skylight. I had to get an inspector come inspect why it is leaking. They did not install screws where they should have; the whole installation was incorrect. Now, I cannot get them to even answer my calls. My husband has been calling for month. They even turned off their central phone number. They show the same number on BBB and the secretary of state site.. they have no problem proving the phone number that does not work even for purposes of official registration.. the company is a fraud. I too intend to seek legal actions due to the damages I sustained because of the improper installation and fraudulent representation by this company

"We have been in constant communication with the Gs since they reached out about the first problem. We did not improperly install the radiant barrier. We do this on a daily basis and have never had issues. In regards to the skylight, the Galeks state that an Inspector from the Skylight manufacturer looked at the skylight and that the skylight was installed improperly. Again, we install skylights on a regular basis. It was determined by our installation crew and sales team that the Skylight is actually faulty and cracked. We caulked the crack and have ordered a new skylight from a different manufacturer. If you check with ************** he has informed us that other people he knows have had issues with the exact same skylight manufacturer and that he was unable to get the attention of the manufacturer. We had had many storms since the initial installation of the Galeks roof in April of 2021 also. Valiant cannot be blamed for the defective skylight however we want to be sure they are happy. We are now just waiting on the new skylight so that we can install it. Thank you."

I would do everything I could to not recommend this company. Not only do they lack any basic amount of communication with their clients, but they will delay projects for months while saying we will arrive next week, this week has just been busy over and over. I hired them to rebuild my walkway deck and I regret the decision. They did not install the deck properly in some places and many planks are splitting due to improper drilling lack of drilling. Certain parts are not even straight and they claim to have a warranty but have yet to come inspect the site to make repairs after initially speaking with them in mid May. Please save your money and go with a company that respects its clients. If I do not get a resolution soon, I will be pursuing legal action for breach of contract/not honoring their warranty.

Seamless Metal Gutters - Install- For Business
Contracted with Valiant for gutter installation and paid deposit. They were to get back to me with install date. After no word, I contacted them to get date for installation. Again was told they would get right back to me. Again no word from them. When contacted again, I got no response from email or phone call. Their recording says they will return call but no one ever returns call. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE!!

Big Scam! No Customer service. Answering machine works, just no one listens to it. Do not waste your time. Check with the BBB. They are nice on the phone but try calling them. Do nit give them any money! Been 6+ months and they never started. They gave me many start up dates but have not done a thing. Trying to get my money back but Sarah want talk to me.. Always excuses from someone Under no circumstances should you do business with these people. They were supposed to re roof my mini barn, install gutters and put Vinyl on the sides, . I sent them a check around May 17th. Never started the work. I will be glad to share the contract with you.
