"Once again, my Dynamic Duo came through for me! I had a beloved tree that had to come down. Michelle was very supportive of my feelings about losing this tree and explained to me (again) why it was necessary. Randy and his crew did a fabulous job, protecting the house, other trees, etc. Great care was taken with taking down the very large tree. They cleaned up after they were done, as well. I would definitely say if you have any tree work done, call Limb it Up!"

"Greg got the work done correctly. It was a huge tree. If it had fallen, I would not have had a house left. He was chosen over the other companies listed on Anji's because he has liability insurance that would have protected my property and workers compensation to protect his workers. Most tree services do not protect their workers. He shared the importance of this before I even chose him. He also provided the documents to prove the insurance. He had a far better price than my other 2 estimates. He is the friendliest contractor and never stops smiling. He is very serious about his work, took measurements, suggested I call 811 for any underground utilities to be located before his began. He had a small workspace in my yard to work with, but they completed the task without incident. His whole crew were professional and friendly. I definitely would hire him again! Great job Greg!"

"From time of initial contact, Cheap Jimm was here with equipment in less than an hour. His pricing was better than I expected and he could start right away. I never thought I could have the job finished the same day I called for qualified names. I would gladly recommend Cheap Jimm for his pricing and professional work ."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Trees provide many benefits, including shade, habitat for local wildlife, and cleaner air, so it’s always a good idea to try an alternative strategy like crown reduction before you chop one down. But sometimes, cutting down a tree is the only option (like if it’s severely diseased). A licensed arborist can assess the tree and recommend the best course of action.

Talking with a septic pro before planting trees near your tank is best to ensure the roots won’t interfere with your septic system. However, there is an easy way to figure out where to plant a tree—but you’ll need to know how tall it can get when it’s fully grown. For instance, if the tree can reach 50 feet, plant it at least 50 feet from your septic system.

Carefully pruning small roots no thicker than three inches in diameter won’t harm the tree. However, cutting larger roots may impact the tree's stability and nutrient absorption. It's advisable to consult an arborist or tree care professional to evaluate the root's size, the tree's health, and the potential impact of cutting. Proper tree pruning techniques and timing can minimize damage, but larger root removal may necessitate expert guidance to avoid compromising the tree's overall health and stability.

Professionals ensure safety, prevent property damage, and handle debris efficiently.

Peach trees grow to be about 25 feet, so keep this in mind for pruning as well. If you plan to DIY, you’ll need to be comfortable working on a ladder. Without pruning, peach tree branches can sprawl nearly as wide as the tree grows tall, so make sure to plan pruning sessions at least once per year in the spring for controlled growth. And if you’re working on a ladder, be sure to follow all safety precautions, especially if you’ll be dealing with falling branches.
