"Steve, Jesse, Simmons, and the entire team at Carolina Wildlife Handling have dealt expertly and knowledgeably with the small bat colony in our attic. From educating us as homeowners about this protected species and about the health risks associated with their guano to following my lead in not discussing the critters in front of my youngest children until they had been relocated - this crew were pros. They explained each step of the process in detail, came when they said they would, were respectful of property and very thorough, Too bad the bats are now fully excluded and relocated, because it would be a pleasure to hire them again!
