"On January 9, 2024, we experienced what we now know was a 25-year rain. Unfortunately, our entire basement flooded with rising waters at a rate we could not control. Once we realized we were handcuffed to the situation, we started processing, “How are we getting this water out of here?” After several phone calls and a Facebook post, one of our sweet friends mentioned United Water Restoration Group. The owner was a patient of hers, and she highly recommended his company. I called immediately, and Rob answered. In less than two hours, he and his team arrived at our home and instantly started extracting the water. They lifted our furniture onto protective footings, rolled up rugs, immediately brought in ten drying fans, and three industrial-sized dehumidifiers. They did it with the utmost care and efficiency.
