"On January 9, 2024, we experienced what we now know was a 25-year rain. Unfortunately, our entire basement flooded with rising waters at a rate we could not control. Water entry began at approximately 2 pm. We were unhinged! Once we realized we were handcuffed to the situation, we started processing, “How are we getting this water out of here?” After several phone calls and a Facebook post, one of our sweet friends mentioned United Water Restoration Group.
