I purchased the $250 mold inspection offer through Angie's List. Biotek was responsive and able to schedule the test right away. After the inspection and tests, they determined there was no major danger. The small amounts of mold they found were not black mold. They recommended having all drywall and insulation that had become wet to be removed, which was done by the seller's contractor. I was pleased with the experience and would use them again."
