We are a family owned and operated company located in Matthews, North Carolina. We believe in developing relationships with our customers by providing great service, selection, and pricing. We do what we say we will do when we say we will do it. We don't spend big bucks on a showroom or advertising, thus keeping our overhead low and passing the savings on to our customers. I don’t think I can say enough good things about Randee Sinopoli and her install team! It’s a rarity these days to find people like her and her team who from beginning to end are incredibly helpful, responsive, professional, honest, friendly and reliable. She met us at her showroom on her day off to help us pick out the flooring and she was very patient with us and flexible when we had to reschedule the install a couple of times. She never made us feel like she was too busy for us. The install team did a phenomenal job and our floors look absolutely beautiful! The lead installer has been installing floors for 28 years which was truly reflective in his work. I accidentally put a dent in the floor two weeks after and she had one of her team members out to us immediately to fix it. It was such a great experience working with Randee and her team and I highly recommend them, they are truly stellar and you won’t be disappointed!

Randee was great to deal with! Great price on a specific high quality carpet we wanted (she beat 3 other estimates). Her crew (2 installers) worked two 10 hour days, removed old carpet and pad and installed new on 2 floors (about 2,800 sq ft of carpet) and did a fabulous job!! Looks fantastic!! I highly recommend them!!

Working with Randee was a pleasure and very easy. She is super knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and answered all our questions about the carpet selections and installation process. We originally ordered carpet from a big box store. We did not realize the carpet was backordered, so we had been waiting for 6 weeks (and they could not give us a new estimate on when it might be in). I reached out to Randee to see if she could help us. She asked us to send over what type of carpet we had picked out prior to see if she could get a close match. Randee called the next day that she found some carpets that might interest us and we set up an appointment. Randee came on time and had the carpet panel to pick from. Once I told her which one we wanted, she called the warehouse to see if it was in stock. Luckily It was in stock, but we wanted to delay it for 2 weeks as we were finishing the remodel of our master bath. So we set a date and on that date the carpet installer showed up with the new carpet. He was very polite and installed it beautifully. It was such an easy process. I learned my lesson in using big box stores, so from now on I will go directly to Carolina Flooring and Carpet for all my flooring needs.

If you're currently on the hunt, let me save you the hassle of researching - I whole-heartedly recommend choosing to work with Carolina Flooring! Jimmy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; he was honest and quickly answered every question we had, their prices are incredibly competitive, and the installers did phenomenal with the removal and instillation (1600sqft) of our gorgeous new plank flooring. They worked non-stop when they were here and we had brand new floors completely finished in under 48 hours. Unbelievable! Randee was a pleasure to work with. She and her installation crew were very professional and personable. Our move from NJ to NC area was a little less stressful as she took time to guide us in matching our needs with the many many carpet options available. The day of installation her crew was on time, professional and clean. Her pricing was comparable to area competitors but it was her personable manner which made our decision to hire her company. We will use her services again for the remainder of house once we are completely unpacked.

Everything was as good as it gets and exactly what you hope for when looking to redo your home's flooring. Randee was very good with walking us thru our options and her crews workmanship is flawless. We went with premium LVP downstairs and carpet upstairs and on the stairs. The installs (up & down) were scheduled on separate days with a couple days in between for us to adjust.

Jimmy at Carolina Flooring was great to work with! He responded quickly to any questions I had and it was super easy to schedule appointments around my schedule. I received a quote within the same day he did measurements. He was knowledgeable about his product and was able to educate me on exactly what product I would be getting and how the process of installation would go. The LVT flooring that Jimmy helped us select was beautiful. The crew did an awesome job of removing the existing flooring and carpet, hauled it away, moved the furniture and installed all of the new flooring in one day. They did a great job. This company and Randee are highly professional, easy to work with, friendly and helpful. The length of time to install carpet throughout the house and plank flooring was much less than I anticipated. Also, originally I wasn't going to change the kitchen flooring, but after some thought and discussion, it was best to install the plank flooring in the kitchen. Randee quickly measured and ordered more product which was quickly installed. Great company.

It went great. Workman moved all our furniture out of the way and did an excellent job of installing the new flooring. They finished our bedroom first so we could sleep there after the first day of floor installation. The floor material was exactly what we picked out from the samples we were shown. The floors look great and the job was completed quickly. We are very happy with our new floors.

We were devastated to our home ruined due to a dryer fire that caused extensive smoke damage, ruining our carpet on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We had hardwoods installed on the 2nd floor and carpet installed on the 3rd floor. They look amazing!!! I was so happy to work with a company that was professional from beginning to end. Fantastic!

Jim's team did an excellent job of getting new hardwoods & carpet installed at a home I had just purchased. It was a challenging job to complete under a very tight deadline because the painters didn't complete their work in time leaving Jim's team with a shortened work window. His installers worked on Memorial Day so the work was done before the moving truck arrived. Great pricing, service & quality! I definitely recommend Carolina Flooring & Carpet!
