Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 hardships, I had to cancel my appointment. I canceled the appointment within one day of scheduling, prior to beginning any work. The person that I was working with had already taken a 10% deposit and told me that some of the money had already been spent. However, Rick was so understanding and helpful that he was able to process a full refund of the deposit.
