The project went well and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Mike and his son did a great job. Mike was easy to work with and made the process seamless. The price of the project was reasonable and I would use "You Call We Install Flooring" again

Mike did a terrific job with both projects. The floors look incredible and I'm so pleased with the tightening of the wall to wall carpeting that became loose and was a tripping hazard. Mike gave me a quote in less than a week of calling him and he completed the project on the weekend so I didn't have any down time with work. I couldn't be happier with the work that he did.

Dealing with Mike was wonderful. He made a straightforward, no muss no fuss estimate for the work that was needed. We purchased the flooring that was required and worked out a date for install that was way earlier then we had anticipated. He did make a note to mention that his son , Brandon would be the installer on our particular job. Brandon arrive on time and we very pleasant to deal with. He finished in about 5 hours. That time included removal of moulding, kick boards and the big appliances. The final result is stunning and very nice to look at. He did a fantastic job. We have a houseful of other areas in our house with worn carpeting. If and when we decide to deal with the older carpeting issues, Mike will be the first phone call to get an estimate for any of the required work. We are very happy with this company and the service we received.

Mike is a really nice guy, he did amazing work. They pay attention to the small details (cutting doors and jambs, quarter round, etc.) to make the floors look great. Very responsive, quick installation.

Everything went very smoothly. Mike and Brandon were at my home each day, on time. They were very knowledgeable and provided great quality. I priced this job out with several other companies and they were the most cost effective by far. Very nice too.

Perfection! I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to work with Mike and Brandon. We were under a time crunch and concerned about budget. We elected to perform the tear out and prep the work area. When Mike came to provide the estimate he gave us tips on removal and even loaned us a tool (without knowing he had the job). His price was very reasonable, and most importantly his work was great. I'd hire him again in a minute.

Mike and his son were very respectable of our home and our ideas for the finished product. They had great ideas and were very easy to work with. They were always here when they said they would be and completed on time or earlier that stated. We provided the product and they did the work. We are new to the area and were worried about who we would hire to come into our home. We felt safe are very pleased with all the work they did to improve our home. We highly recommend them!

Mike and his son Brandon did beautiful work! they demo'd our kitchen tile and laid flooring in our entire downstairs in 2 days! Mike was incredibly responsive to my many texts/emails, he answered all of my questions, and he even helped my husband and I come up with a game plan. Mike was the only person we contacted who offered to do a free in home estimate and even managed to make it out to our house the next day. We told mike we wanted to do some of the work ourselves in order to keep costs down and so he gave us an itemized list of all the possible things he could do and then let us choose what we wanted to do ourselves and what we wanted to hire him to do. He was not pushy at all - in fact, he gave us great advice and tips on how best to do the work we chose to do ourselves! He was absolutely wonderful to work with, very considerate, genuine, and skilled at his craft. We are IN LOVE with our new floors and would not have been able to afford to hire someone to do the work without Mike, his prices are so reasonable for such outstanding work. If you are wanting to buy laminate/wood floors from a box store (like we did) and hire someone to install, mike is your guy! you will not be disappointed!

Mike is a ball full of positive energy - the kind you want to do business with. He is third generation installer (and his son works with him), so he knows his stuff. And his absolute #1 & 2 concerns are doing a great job and making sure you're happy. He is fairly priced - much, much better than Home Depot since you're not paying Home Depot as the middle man. I don't recall the overall price, but we felt comfortable with it. He went about and beyond to trouble shoot any unique obstacles. Absolutely would use him again and am going to refer him to family and friends.

My floors look beautiful! They worked fast and did a great job. They even worked on Saturday and Sunday so they could get done faster. They kept me informed of everything and always had a resolution for anything that came up. I got several quotes and they were reasonably priced. It was definitely more economical to buy flooring and installation separately so there is no middle man and up-charge of the flooring. I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased. Mike and his son did a great job. They completed replacing our floors in three hours. Mike was always available by phone. He drove to the store to pick up our tiles.

Mike came to my home, measured, and gave me three estimates for tile work that I needed in two bathrooms in my home. He later e-mailed me the three estimates. He gave instruction as to the amount of materials needed for the three jobs. I purchased all tile and later purchased an additional four boxes, when he told me more would be needed when he started the floor. I agreed to the three estimates as well as the dates and times that he set. He starts the work a day later than he agreed to begin. After completion of the tiling of the shower in one of the bathrooms, he informs me that he could no longer do work for me. After questioning as to why, he stated that he could not work for the price. I reminded him that he had looked at the work, measured, and sent estimates as to cost, and that he had set price on both the showers, and had only negotiated with me on the floor. The negotiated price of the floor was the same as another contractor had quoted me. Regardless, I didn't feel that he wanted to do the work. After reviewing the work in the shower I found the following (and have posted photos). The tiles were not lined properly around the niche in wall, (throwing balance off) chips left in tile around niche, and globs of rubber seal around shower doors. I will need to pay another contractor to remove the tiles not properly aligned, remove and redo the shower niche, and clean up around shower doors. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. Always remember, that your word, and commitment to follow-through on commitments, are the basis for a successful business. This is in addition to good service, neither of which this contractor delivered. .

In our profession we try extremely hard to satisfy everyone and it is not always possible. I learned a very valuable lesson from your job when I allowed you to low ball me into a price that was unreasonable. It is hard to understand your C-rating on price. You contracted us to do both your shower and bathroom floors. We completed the shower, but realized we were loosing money, due to me accepting an unreasonable price. I elected to cut my losses and complete only the shower. To compensate you for any inconvenience on finding another contractor for the floors, I also elected not to charge you for the shower. I feel that was more than fair. You did not mention any problems with the shower to me and when I explained my inability to complete the floors, you actually thanked me for the "free" shower. I will be happy to correct any problems with the shower just as I left you satisfied with the prior job we completed for you. However, there will be a charge for any call back work for the shower. Your review also seems to indicate we just didn't show up, when in fact extreme weather conditions prohibited safe working conditions and you were notified a day in advance of this delay."
