"The floor refinishing was fine. Where we had issue was the laying of our glass back splash. I feel we needed somebody more in tune with this kind of delicate work. I keep finding cracks and bad cuts. Hopefully this will be resolved as I picked this company based on the great customer service philosophy"

"I hired Refloor to come back and do my basement too. The installation was delayed due to stock shortage but the floors are in and they are beautiful. I hired my own painter to stain the moldings to match the floors. The floors look so much like real wood. Great job!"

"Alfredo with Jehova Jireh did a fantastic job moving furniture, installing new carpet and removing my old carpet in 3 bedrooms, 3 closets an additional playroom and closet and an office. He and his team did all this in one day. It was amazing! They cleaned as they went. They were neat and efficient! Highly recommend!"

"New Finish did a very good job stretching my carpet and I had a lot of wrinkles. I liked the fact that they have a 2 yr guarantee on their work. Lots and lots of carpet tufts to clean up though. After a week, I am still trying to vacuum them all up. This was the only downside."
