While they did inspect and clean my chimney and a few other things that came up to about $600 I believe, they did not actually solve my issue with the moldy smell coming from my fireplace, they masked it, and the smell came back. It especially smells in the summer when humidity is high. I appreciated the company sending their crew multiple times to investigate but they couldn’t figure it out, ran out of ideas, and left it at that. They are the chimney experts and I was disappointed they couldn’t get to the bottom of it."
