"Chimney had a moldy damp smell coming out of it. They did a sweep and waterproofed our chimney, sprayed solution inside chimney to get rid of the smell and tightened the mechanism the chain hooks in to, to make the chimney damper have a good seal. They taught us how to know when our chimney damper was open and how to open and close it (And shame on us - we did not realize we had our chimney damper open for several weeks which I'm sure also contributed to moisture getting in to the chimney). They were determined to get to the bottom of our issue which involved multiple visits. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate them. So far the moldy smell has really gone down - almost disappeared. I am a happy camper."

"Amitai from The Better Home Pros came today to inspect my hvac air duct system, I was having really bad allergies and sneezing and watery eyes for the past couple of months and I just could figure out what was causing it. During the inspection there was mold found throughout all of my air ducts in the house, Amitai showed me videos from the inspection report and than sent everything to the office to give me a quote, the quote was very reason in comparison to research I did but most importantly the quality of work that was done was AMAZING!!! I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly.
