"SCORE If I could give this family company 6 STARS I would. HVAC PROBLEM IHVAC system would not turn on. PROFESSIONALISM 10/10 - Andy has a friendly and professional attitude to his work. Very knowledgeable answering all my questions and making suggestions on how best to preserve my HVAC system. PRICE Very reasonable and fair. TRUST Trust is always a thing with me. I have encountered people in the past that have scammed me for money making a small job into a mountain just for the extra money. Andy is not like that at all. He showed me where the problem was on my HVAC which turned out to be an easy fix but could have easily scammed me had he been a different person. - it shows this man to has INTEGRITY. WILL I USE HIM AGAIN? Absolutely yes. I now keep his business card in a safe place. Andy is now my go-to man for any HVAC service."

"Very knowledgeable and great price for service on an Hvac unit"

"They did a great job installing a new dryer vent."

"I called Mike on a Sunday night and he returned my call the next morning.  They came around lunch and checked on my AC unit which was freezing up and determined it needed some freon.  Charged the system and had me back in cool comfort in no time.  A couple of days later the other unit in my house was not coming on.  Impressed with the quick service the first time, I called them back.  Admittedly, I was thinking in the back of my head if the second vist could have been related to the first.  Turns out when they got the second unit open, I simply had a dead bug keeping a connection from making.  They cleaned out my unit and checked the freon in the second unit.  My fears about the two visits being related were quickly put to rest when the technician told my wife, there would be no charge for the second visit, since they had just been out a couple days before.  Thanks for the quick service and not taking advantage of a guy with a dead bug in his AC.

"Amitai from The Better Home Pros came today to inspect my hvac air duct system, I was having really bad allergies and sneezing and watery eyes for the past couple of months and I just could figure out what was causing it. During the inspection there was mold found throughout all of my air ducts in the house, Amitai showed me videos from the inspection report and than sent everything to the office to give me a quote, the quote was very reason in comparison to research I did but most importantly the quality of work that was done was AMAZING!!! I can already feel the difference in the air quality in my house it feels much lighter and smells better, I am so glad I called this company it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend anyone to use them for any hvac needs you might have and especially recommend Amitai the technician he is very polite and I felt really comfortable with him in my house and I just felt like he was really honest with me which means a lot these days. Thank you so m"

"The service was superior from the initial contact where I requested a quote to the installation. I spoke with Samantha to arrange for someone to come out to provide me with a quote and she promptly scheduled an appointment around my schedule. Mike came out and provided me with several options for a heat pump and promptly sent me an email with the heat pump options and prices. I had contacted 4 other HVAC companies in my area that also provided me with estimates. Accu-Rite Services was the only company that followed up to see if I had any questions and to see if I was still in the process of replacing my heat pump. I called Accu-Rite Services a couple times with questions and Samantha was quick to provide an answer and was very knowledgeable. I scheduled a date for my installation and Accu-Rite Services showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. The installation was really quick, old heat pump was removed, new heat pump installed, everything completely cleaned up and new thermostat was installed. Mike gave a thorough explanation of how the heat pump and thermostat worked. Accu-Rite Services took care of registering my heat pump, scheduled county inspection and also checked for any rebates that were available for me. I absolutely love my new heat pump. I highly recommend Accu-Rite Services for all your HVAC needs. Thank you Accu-Rite Services for your superior customer service, honesty, knowledge and for making this a smooth process for me."
