Got a consultation just to be safe after a toilet overflowed upstairs. Consultant was nice and said everything looked clean until he checked the under house AC unit. The drain line to the air box was backed up and caused a small leak. Based on seeing a small amount of mold on the outside of the box, he recommended a $5000, 3 day bombing of the house. I had an AC guy come out the next day and open the unit and clear the block. NO MOLD detected and I had him install a UV scrubber for $400. Free consultations are rarely free and it seemed like he just wanted to make a sale? on a side note, I had Mr Mold come out after the AC guy and he detected no mold and didn?t try to sell me anything.

Daniel and Brandon are wonderful to work with. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. This is our second time working with them and we highly recommend them for mold testing and treatment.

Daniel and Jacob (I believe the name is correct) provided excellent professional and very knowlegable service. Afterthe testing was completed, Daniel said I could call him anytime. This project began March 2021 and I have taken advantage of calling Daniel many times as this has been an on-going issue with my apartment who is constantly asking me when I planned on moving!!! Black toxic mold entered my apartment from the unit above me had break in their kitchen sink pipe which fell through onto my kitchen cabinet. I have hired an attorney to assist me because management refused to have my unit re-tested to insure the mold level in my unit is gone. I would highly recomment Pure Air to anyone....I was impressed and very pleased wiith the service they provided.

We were very pleased with our service from Pure Air Brandon explained everything he was doing and why. He was very personable and professional. We are currently waiting on the results of the test he did. Daniel was great in setting up the appointment and even when we had a conflict and had to change it. I was surprised but pleased to discover the inspection was free and the rate for the test I thought was reasonable. We can highly recommended them without reservation.

I am so happy that we chose Pure Air of North Carolina to do our mold remediation work this autumn. After interviewing several businesses, we were most impressed with Pure Air. They were the only company that stipulated they would perform testing both before and after treatment. Unlike the other companies, they recommended that we should leave all our cushions, rugs, and furniture in place so that those items could be treated for mold spores, too. Their prices were quite reasonable for the magnitude of our job, and their work ethic is excellent. They showed up on time, they did everything they said theyâ d do, and more, and they cleaned up their mess when they left. After treatment, unfortunately, they called me to tell us that our post treatment test still showed an unacceptable level of spores, and so they rescheduled a complete redo. They called me. I did not have to pursue them for answers. After the second treatment, I now have a copy of the test results in hand, and all the counts were at very acceptable levels. Iâ ve thought more than one time about what we would be dealing with now if there had been no before and after testing. The technician, Brandon, was an excellent communicator, and he even removed some mold stain that was on our ceiling. He is friendly and knowledgeable and a conscience worker, a real asset to his company. Daniel, in the office, was on top of everything, and kept us apprised of what was happening. Would I recommend Pure Air? Absolutely â even to my best friend or fussiest aunt!
