Andy called me the day after I requested a quote for my AC unit which was not blowing out cold air. He came to my home shortly thereafter, checked the unit, took pictures and showed me what needed to be replaced and also provided different options to fix the issue and keep the cost reasonable. I agreed to his recommendations and he took pictures of what was replaced. The service was fantastic, and it was explained to me where I could totally understand what was done. Great service and awesome service from a great, knowledgeable service man. Thank you Andy! I would recommend your company to all who require an honest, efficient repair!

SCORE If I could give this family company 6 STARS I would. HVAC PROBLEM IHVAC system would not turn on. PROFESSIONALISM 10/10 - Andy has a friendly and professional attitude to his work. Very knowledgeable answering all my questions and making suggestions on how best to preserve my HVAC system. PRICE Very reasonable and fair. TRUST Trust is always a thing with me. I have encountered people in the past that have scammed me for money making a small job into a mountain just for the extra money. Andy is not like that at all. He showed me where the problem was on my HVAC which turned out to be an easy fix but could have easily scammed me had he been a different person. - it shows this man to has INTEGRITY. WILL I USE HIM AGAIN? Absolutely yes. I now keep his business card in a safe place. Andy is now my go-to man for any HVAC service.

I called Clark and sons to help with a clogged drain line and replace an old condensation pump. They were on time, polite, friendly and very professional. They are reasonably priced and offered a military discount. I will without hesitation call and use them again. Thank you Clark and Sons.

He was absolutely amazing! I called him after being quoted by a big time company which I won’t name. He came out same day within an hour of me reaching out through home advisor. He looked over the system, checked the coolant, refilled the coolant and my house instantly started warming up like it should. I’m grateful for his service I know he was God sent and an answer to a single mom homeowners prayer. Thank you thank you thank you! He went above and beyond service and even gave me pointers on continued maintenance.

I called to set up a time for getting a quite for cleaning my heat =pump ahead of winter. He came over and did my heat pump PM and inspected the air vents in my crawl space underneath the house. I was shocked when he showed me the pictures. He then worked up an itemized quote to cover needed repairs. I felt like he gave me a fair estimate and was even open to working with me on the cost. We set a schedule for him to start. He started and finished the project as scheduled. I love how he works and would highly recommend him to anyone needing heating and air system work done. Wow what else can I say. Excellent service, Andy was very professional and pleasant. He called me within an hour of my submitting my request via homeadvisor and was at my home later that day. For my HVAC, he cleaned coil, added refrigerant and general service for the HVAC and I am extremely pleased with how fast he was able to help us, and how reasonably priced he was... He only charged me for the work that was performed, and he made some changes in the heating system to hopefully avoid future issues relating to my service call. I hired them to check out 2 Heat Pumps before getting into the heating season. Andy and his son showed up early (after calling to verify it would be ok), and got right to work. They were both very personable and Andy took a few minutes to explain what they were going to be doing. Andy pointed out a couple of things that need attention along the way and at the end gave me a complete summary of any problems, with pictures and suggestions.He was not high pressure at all and told me what could wait and what needed to be fixed soon. He is getting a price for some heat strips to be replaced in one of the units and I will have them install them. I will definitely use them again.

I was looking for a qualified repair service on my Trane ac system. I went to Angies List and Clark And Sons and a few others were recommended.I promptly received a call from Andy Clark and I asked about his knowledge on Trane Hyperion air handlers. My unit was showing two error codes. Andy assured me that he could repair my system. He came and diagnosed the problem, replaced two sensors and corrected my problem.
