"Could not recommend this company more to help you with whatever you HVAC needs are. Knew I would need to replace my A/C system at some point and that day finally came. Absolute Comfort was there the next day to give me a quote. I chose to get a full system (AC & Furnace) and their price beat a quote from another company by $1,500.. and the competitor quote was for only the A/C. The installers were professional and personable despite the attic being extremely hot on the day of installation."

"The HVAC unit broke in the home we have for our son in our back yard, the first time we had to turn the heat on this season.  The wonderful staff at Acosta made it a priority to get out that day and evaluate the problem.  Unfortunately, we needed to replace the 20 year old system.  They came back out three days later with the new unit, thermostat, and duct work. Though the proposal called for reinforcing the existing duct work, when the crew was under the house they realized that it needed to be replaced.  Despite the additional work, the crew still managed to complete the installation in one visit and without incurring an additional expense.  Both the service crew and installation crew called ahead to let me know when they were arriving, and showed up on time.  They cleaned up every bit of the old system and removed all the trash.  They were pleasant and professional.  

I anticipate having to replace the unit in our house as well due to age sometime within the next year and my first and only call will be to Acosta Heating and Cooling.  Thank you again for the great service."

I had talked to many companies about the HVAC job I needed done. "I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."
