During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "This is a large organization. I spoke with a sales person about the products, pricing and warranty, a different person came out to take the final measurements, someone else called to schedule the job, and finally, the crew showed up to install the windows and doors. My sales person was Spencer Gaston. Spencer arrived on-time for the appointment. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He introduced the company (windows made in USA) and explained all the features of the windows thoroughly. The price he was able to offer was within my budget and significantly lower than I could find elsewhere. Another gentleman came a few days later to take the final measurements. He clearly explained that we'd need to remove the window and door coverings and how much room the installers would need. The windows were manufactured quickly. Someone called to schedule the installation. The installers arrived a half and hour early and got right to work. They laid down blankets to protect my belongings and flooring. The foreman encouraged asking questions. The only issue that arose was the adjustment of the screen on the sliding glass door. After I mentioned it, they fixed it to my satisfaction. The installation crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves."

"Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."
