Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag.

Although their salesperson, Jorge, worked to resolve many of my issues, one very large and expensive one was not resolved. The installers nailed into my Gutter Helmet and ruined it. Because it was in the contract that any gutter cover should be removed prior to roof installation, the company would not pay to have it replaced. I acknowledge that I should have read the contract closely and had the gutter cover removed. However, I believe that any reputable company should have seen the cover and informed me of my responsibility. Did they think that I was giving them tacit permission to destroy Gutter Helmet? I can even see a nail that went completely through my gutter. Also, the installers did a terrible job with the flashing that goes from the roof to the brick. The caulking looked like a child had done it. I had to stand outside and supervise as they tried to fix it. The installers killed 4 bushes and damaged 7 others. An installer replaced the 4 dead bushes at his own expense; I am hopeful that the other bushes will survive after extensive pruning. I am still finding screws, nails, plastic pieces and pieces of old shingles in my yard. It's very apparent that they did not use a magnet to clean up or even go carefully over the yard visually. I hope that the actual roof was done properly. I am an older widow and cannot go up on the roof to inspect. I put my trust in RoofRoof and they failed miserably. I would never use this company again and I would not recommend them.

Overall I had an awesome experience with Roof Roof. The salesman that visited was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and detailed. He took the time necessary to answer all my questions. The job was completed in 2 days as committed. They cleaned up well after themselves. I love my new roof. I would definitely recommend!!

Wanted roof roof to install gutters on my entire house. Initial communication was good, however when it came time to sign the contract they fell off the face of the earth. I called several times and was promised that it would be emailed - It never was. I am not going to chase a contractor to give them several thousand dollars. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. Yes they have the correct email address as I received a quote and other communication successfully. UPDATE: After almost two months I have to give kudos to the sales rep for following up and trying to make it right. However, attempts fell short and while the gutters look nice, functionally half do not work. Many have lots of standing water in them. About 3/4" to 2 inches...I'll look to a skilled handyman to fix them come springtime.

The estimators that came out reviewed the roof and found a couple spots where they said the shingles needed replacing and where the two had blown off in the wind. Both of the men who came out were afraid of heights. One was afraid to climb the ladder, the other climbed the ladder and was afraid to come back down. He jumped from the upper roof to our sunroom roof. I was truly shocked. I do not believe that is a safe practice at all. As he hit the sunroom roof his momentum almost carried him off that roof. When I questioned him about it, he said he could see where the support was for the roof and he jumped on that. He could have been severely injured and he could have severely damaged the sunroom roof. The actual installers who came out were up and down within 20 minutes and showed me pictures of what they did. The were late, but the job was finished as promised by the date they said it would be. There is a standard fee to just get them to come out to replace the shingles ($595 - I had a coupon to get it to $495). One hundred dollars a shingle. I need to change my career.

We knew when we called that we needed one shingle replaced. When the company rep came, he inspected the roof and said he did appropriate caulking/sealing, etc., but that it would cost $550 (their minimum), less $100 credit as part of the Deal, to repair/replace the one shingle. There was no mention of a minimum repair fee in the fine print of this deal. I called Angie's List and they called Roof Roof. The owner, Jon Sabo, returned my call and said the high cost was because of the pitch of my roof. How many customers know their roof pitch?? He said he was going to contact Angie's List and ask that our payment be refunded.

Sam the sales consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me all facts and options available. Roof Roof was very flexible to work around my busy schedule. They gave me the lowest of 3 bids. Then I was able to utilize a $500 coupon from Angie's list. Installation team arrived 15 minutes early. They were very efficient and professional. Completed the entire job in 1.5 days. The crew was very conscience of my landscaping and did a great clean up. Sam came back after the job was complete to walk with me and inspect. Had a team member come back for some small details finishing touches that I would not have noticed. The only thing I would recommend is if you have DirecTV or Dish, make preparations for a technician to remount your dish after roof is complete. I would highly recommend Roof Roof!!

Great! Initially, we they a snag with their voicemail system so they didn't get my email until a couple of weeks after I first called. By then I had talked with other roofers and had other bids and solutions. I was about to sign with another roofer but was having trouble getting them to give a contract that reflected the scope of the work. I got a very apologetic return call on Tuesday evening. Matt and a trainee showed up at 9:00 the next morning. He gave me a great solution to solve the leak. He beat the price of his competitors by $100. I signed the contract Wednesday afternoon. The shingles were delivered Friday morning and the roof was replaced by Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend Roof Roof.

Andy/Sam/Mat were very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the Front Porch roof. They were prompt and helped me understand the work very clearly. Their pricing were very reasonable compare to other roofers.

The owner, Sam, contacted me promptly after requesting service via their website. Shortly after, Zac, came out to give me an estimate on my severely low pitch roof.
Zac gave me a couple of options and I ended up signing up for a "gray rubber roof".
There was some misunderstanding about the product that was installed but after some back-and-forth via email/texts, Sam reached out to me and discussed options. He was very understanding and accommodating to the misunderstanding.
The actual roof installed, although not exactly what I was expecting, seems to be a great quality and I'm not worried about leaks anymore.

The tarpaulin installation provided by this company's subcontractor was done quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Ray, salesman and company rep who advised me, was punctual, good-humored, and very well informed on the issues I'd be likely to face in completing a full roof repair. Though I'd worked with one company already on a quick fix and thought I knew a thing or two about what was broken, Ray was able to expand on that other company's assessment of the problem and proposed a thorough repair with quality materials and solid warranties.
This is an excellent company with competent, affable people. Highly recommended!
