I wasn't really happy with the service.  They hired someone else to do our roof.  I actually wanted the roofer that worked for the company to do the work. Three or four months later we had a wind storm and it knocked three or four shingles off. I called Mark and he came back out to fix it. We had a communication problem in the beginning but since have worked on the issue.

It went fine. They're good. They were fair, it was a good price.

Roof Genie inspected our roof and determined that we had significant hail damage. They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. They worked tirelessly without stopping, took great care with our house, lawn and landscaping. They kept the work site very clean and orderly and when they were done you would not know they had been there.

The crew worked until dark to finish. Cleanup was exemplary.

The person that we worked with at the office was Craig, he handled everything effieciently and communicated with us very well. All of the workers worked very well and were able to get everything done within the time frame they had mentioned which ended up being a day.

A gentleman named Craig worked with me and my Insurance from beginning to end. Very professional. Job completed as promised, excellent professional workers performed work in a timely manner and completed a though cleanup upon job completion.Highly recommend this company if your in need of a new roof.

I declined to sign the contract and never contacted Roof Genie, and they never contacted me again.

It was the first time I had used. It went very well. I will use them again if I need another roof. They tore off the old roof and put on the new one in about 3.5 hours.

Mark made the ordeal of filing a claim a breeze.  His main objective was to assist in making certain that all of the information was explained correctly and that the claim was filed in an efficient manner.
The Project began about noon on Fiday but because of rain, had to stop about 4:00 p.m.  The Project Manager, Mark, was on hand from the beginning and made certain that all crew members were aware of all specific issues. The exposed portion of the roof was covered with tarps and no leak was found.  On Saturday morning, the crew arrived and tarps and drop cloths were placed on the ground to catch the roof debris.  One of the crew members worked constantly removing the debris to the trailer so that there were no safety issues.  The crew continued to work all day long and were courteous at all times.. Since I own an older home, there were some unexpected surprises.  As the issues came to light, Mark was on hand to let me know what was happening and the problems were solved immediately.  The whole roofing project was finished and the crew worked together to clean up the ground using a large magentic device to pick up any nails that happened to be missed.
On Monday, the hail damaged siding was replaced including all of the trimwork.  Later in the evening, Mark showed up to make certain that everything had been completed as had been requested.  All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Everything went very smooth from start to finish. They installed our roof in one day and installed the gutters the very next day. Their drywaller came out the next week and repaired the drywall and painted the entire kitchen which I was expecting just a patch. You can't even tell where the leak was at. I'm sooo happy with my new roof, gutters and my kitchen even feels new again. Everything looks GREAT!
