"Brian Humphrey came out to give me an estimate on repair and replacement of drywall and interior painting. I needed this work done after another contractor did extremely poor work and ultimately stopped showing up to complete the job despite being paid in full. My home was left in shambles. Brian spent time answering all my questions and carefully explained how he would remedy my situation. He inspired confidence that he would be able to help me after everything I had been through. I had attempted to contact 15 other contractors. Only 3 came out to look at the job. Of those 3, only Humphrey was willing to put an estimate in writing. Every one of those other contractors was found on either Home Advisor or Angieâ s List. Brianâ s crew started the work when he said they would. Throughout the process the 2 gentleman I worked with were professional, fast, clean and thorough. The job was completed on time and on budget. I canâ t stress enough how enthusiastically I recommend Humphrey Drywall and Paint."

"The work done was a renovation of a bathroom which included tear out of existing vanity, repairing walls behind both toilet and vanity, extensive repairs to subfloor, installation of luxury vinyl floor installation of new stand-a-lone vanity with undermount sink, painting the room including ceiling, doors and two different wall colors, replacement of light fixture and light switches and removal of old mirror and replacement with new. Excellent quality of work and attention to detail. Tracy Barbour was a pleasure to work with. Both employees "WORKED" from the moment they arrived until they left. When they took a break it was no more than 5 minutes. I appreciated that both worked in a professional manner and they did not get upset and yell or use bad language when they ran into problems. Workers seemed knowledgable. Work estimate was given with a caveat that additional work not in quote would likely be needed once current flooring was removed. Indeed there has water damage and most of bathroom subfloor had to be replaced. Tracy Barbour kept me informed of the additional work that would be required as it was encountered. I also requested changes to original work after it began. I knew that these additions would add up but I failed to get revised estimates as the new items were identified. The final cost was about 10% more than I had budgeted. The overall cost was reasonable. Note to myself: Always get updated estimates as additional work is identified. I would recommend Barbour Remodeling for bath renovations and I am sure they would be competent in other types of work."
