My additional comments about Tracy Barbour home improve. I told him what I wanted done. (Remove old dilapidated deck and build a new deck with additional features). He gave me an estimate that was much less than I expected to pay. He explained the steps and finished the deck on time, removing the old deck. I'm very very happy. I have other projects that need repair/replace around my home. I WILL hire this man again.

The work done was a renovation of a bathroom which included tear out of existing vanity, repairing walls behind both toilet and vanity, extensive repairs to subfloor, installation of luxury vinyl floor installation of new stand-a-lone vanity with undermount sink, painting the room including ceiling, doors and two different wall colors, replacement of light fixture and light switches and removal of old mirror and replacement with new. Excellent quality of work and attention to detail. Tracy Barbour was a pleasure to work with. Both employees "WORKED" from the moment they arrived until they left. When they took a break it was no more than 5 minutes. I appreciated that both worked in a professional manner and they did not get upset and yell or use bad language when they ran into problems. Workers seemed knowledgable. Work estimate was given with a caveat that additional work not in quote would likely be needed once current flooring was removed. Indeed there has water damage and most of bathroom subfloor had to be replaced. Tracy Barbour kept me informed of the additional work that would be required as it was encountered. I also requested changes to original work after it began. I knew that these additions would add up but I failed to get revised estimates as the new items were identified. The final cost was about 10% more than I had budgeted. The overall cost was reasonable. Note to myself: Always get updated estimates as additional work is identified. I would recommend Barbour Remodeling for bath renovations and I am sure they would be competent in other types of work.

He is not trustful, he did know what he was supposed to do but he decided to ignore that, and then he is not showing back.

He lost my number, said he needed 24 to 48 hrs to let the concrete dry then 2 more days went by. He was not good about staying in touch. If you hire this company make sure you have a clear agreement.

They were extremely professional and even helped me.out on another project that I was working on!!

Tracy did a fantastic job replacing a sliding glass door, did all the detail work and went the extra mile to get the right replacement door - and literally - he went back and forth between Lowes and Home Depot. Definitely have future projects in mind.

The work was excellent, Tracy communicated regularly. The only issues encountered were related to the acceptance of credit card payment, which cost more.

Did a real good job on building my fence.

Tracey is wonderful. Not only fixed my fence, also trimmed out of control shrubs for me. Did a great job!

As part of a kitchen remodel I needed to have a door moved and had an idea about what I wanted. When I first talked to Tracy and I explained what the final goal was, he gave me a much less expensive (like 1/3 of the cost!) and ultimately much better option. The work has been completed and I could not be happier!! We have already discussed more projects in the near future.

Great handyman.

He arrived, checked and measured the roof and then he walked me through everything that the roof required. He did not just say this, this and this. He actually explained everything that needed to be done and he gave me an estimate. If at any time he went to purchase material and the prices changed and went on sale, he would tell me I saved a few dollars. He was very trustworthy and paid attention to the money as if it was his own. He could just as well not told me anything and charged me full price and pocket the money, but he didn't. I can't complain at all, about his work. He arrived on time, he stayed till dark to complete work, his work ethic is excellent, he is a business man but very friendly and has a wonderful personality. I love the look, I love the color and if anyone would like to take pictures of my roof, it is absolutely beautiful. My roof has not leaked since and I trust him to do any work needed. I would recommend him anytime.
