"Told to come in without an appointment for a new battery. When I arrived was told I needed to have an appointment. When I arrived the next week I was told they didn’t have the battery in stock. That’s two hours of my life! Total frustration. They’re smart enough to send an email checklist to make sure I was prepared with my phone to have the battery changed. They were not smart enough to send me an email saying they didn’t have the battery in stock. Total garbage!"

Haywood Appliance is a locally owned appliance company with two locations. Our new showroom is located in Asheville, North Carolina on Hendersonville Road and features 8,000 square feet of appliance showroom. Our original store is located in Clyde, North Carolina and also has a showroom as well as our award winning "In-House" factory authorized service and parts department. Haywood Appliance specializes in kitchen and laundry appliances featuring all major brands.

"Customer service was awlful from the Hazelwood nc office. I was trying to get issue with ge ice machine repaired. They came and fixed the water not dispensing fixed that but said I needed a heater. Long story short I called repeatedly but calls were not returned. Finally got fed up and called someone else. Service call was 112.00 with work not completed. My fault I shouldn't have paid until issue was repaired"

No; all cookware can be used in a convection oven. That said, some cookware performs better than others. Bright aluminum or light-colored pans are best for convection ovens, as bakeware with an anodized finish can cause food to brown too quickly. Ceramic and some glass dishes are not as effective at directing heat, so they work better in conventional ovens.
