You should look up the company IICRC- now what that is is the standards of cleaning mitigation and restoration. If it’s worth it they will send you to school to learn all these necessary skills and certificates. I have many. Water specialist- commercial drying specialist. Content cleaning specialist- an applied structure drying- to dry the bones of the house. From their biohazard and or crime scene and trauma. I have hoarding and unsafe homes cleanups. If it needs to be cleaned- fixed and as CLOSE to as it was prior to the loss. I will also help you navigate through the insurance loopholes and most times I can deal with them on my own.
