Excellent work ethics - at least Josh and his partner. Definitely will call them again if another situation arises. Efficient, worked till the project was done and cleared up all the tree roots they dug while working on the septic system. Even gave us a few pointers to watch for and what to do. I was very impressed with them and would call them again.

Creech’s Plumbing, Inc. was quick to help us out when we needed them! We were able to schedule an appointment right away. The team is very professional, had great customer service and very knowledgeable about our situation. They explained things verbally to me and visually showed me the septic tank process. They understand the financial hardship of an emergency situation. The have several different packages to choose from when maintaining your septic tank. Pumped out septic tank. Good recommendations on improving system with various priced options. Emailed late Friday afternoon and got response back quickly. Got quote and scheduled online. Reached out to two other companies and got no response at all. All employees were very nice and helpful. Tidied up yard afterward too.
