"They poured a cement slab for me and it went well. He asked me to leave a review that day, so I did (a very good one) He never came back to take off the wood framing. I contacted him and he apologized and stated he would be there the next day. However, he never showed up and blocked me. I tried contacting him several ways and he will not respond. Several days later I found a bunch of the leftover cement that they dumped on the vacant property next door to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"I recently had a stamp concrete sidewalk installed by JJ R Concrete LLC and I am extremely satisfied with the final result. The team was professional, courteous, and paid great attention to detail throughout the installation process. The stamped patterns added a beautiful design element to my sidewalk, enhancing the overall aesthetic of my property. Not only does the stamp concrete sidewalk look visually stunning, but it also feels sturdy and well-constructed. I appreciate the quality of workmanship that went into creating a durable and long-lasting sidewalk that I can enjoy for years to come. I would highly recommend JJ R Concrete LLC to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space with a stamp concrete sidewalk. Thank you for a wonderful job and for exceeding my expectations!"

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Address drainage issues, avoid heavy loads, and seal cracks to prevent future settling.

Most projects take 1-3 hours, with immediate usability after completion.

It’s possible to rent the equipment necessary to do your own mudjacking, but we don’t recommend it. Mudjacking involves pumping a precise amount of cementitious slurry under your slab to lift it back into place and keep it there. It’s easy to pump too much or not enough, in which case you may need to call in a professional to help anyway. We strongly recommend against mudjacking any load-bearing slab, as you could easily cause irreversible structural damage to your property if you make a mistake. This is one job where paying for a professional is worthwhile.

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. The polyurethane material itself can last as long as or even outlast the concrete you’re lifting it with. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.

Yes, expanding foam (also known as polyurethane foam) can lift concrete. This approach, called polyjacking, involves injecting the foam rather than concrete slurry to fill voids and raise the concrete slab back into place. It’s often faster and requires smaller drill holes than traditional mudjacking, though it may come at a higher cost. Some contractors also prefer polyjacking over mudjacking for more damaged and delicate slabs.
