"The experience went very well. Very professional. Punctual and kind. I believe his name was Alberto, my appointment was at 9 they called at 830 and asked if he could come about 845. Showed up was kind and courteous. He did a basketball ball court for my boys. Told me to stay clear for a couple days and he came out and took the ropes off and it was all good to go. "Jess and her team did an exceptional job in raising the concrete deck slab at our house. The prep and comms were outstanding as was the work. They ran into some trouble on the lower deck due to poor installation from the prior contractor years ago and immediately called it out for discussion and resolution.
