These guys showed up and got straight to work, very good customer service. Great communication, i have Absolutely no complaints at all. I recommend New Edition to anybody else needing a new driveway or anything else those guys do. They will get the job done for you!

New Edition Concrete and Tree Service had pour 26 yards extended driveway and they did a marvelous job. They were very respectful, honest and they were in and out in one day. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The provider came to my residence on 17th Dec 24 and started the removal of the concrete driveway and told me before completion that I was responsible for getting a permit (from the city of Fayetteville) for the work to complete the concrete removal. I went downtown to obtain the permit only to find out that the company perform the work is RESPONSIBLE to obtain the permit. As of today, I doubt very seriously that they have obtained a permit (my driveway is an eye soar in the neighborhood. He then sent someone to cut 5 of the 6 trees', leaving the stump in the ground. He asked for a down payment on the project, so I gave him $800.00 cash and a check for $ 5,000.00. He came back to me 2 days later and said it cost him 500.00 dollars to cash the check ( 10%) so I told him he should have taken the check to his bank, he stated his bank would put a hold on the check for about 7 day's and that he needed the money, although the mistake was his accepting the 10% from wherever he took the check, I told him I would give him $500.00 ( cash app) which I did. He later told me he needed $ 91.00 for the delivery of some sand for the driveway, again I gave him $ 91.00 cash., NO sand has been delivered to my home. On or about 5 days later after all my calls he texted me and said he would start removing the 6th Tree and grinding the stumps, (absolutely nothing has happened and today is the 2nd of Jan 2025). I accept the fact that I am the BIG FOOL throughout this entire ordeal. On 22nd Dec, he showed up and stated he needed the balance on the contract ($ 3200.00) to arrange payments with whoever came and finished the driveway. I mistakenly cash app him $ 4,000.00 and when I realized I made a mistake I asked him to refund me $ 800.00, by text he made all the excuses in the world that he would refund the $ 800.00. Since I made the mistake, I offered him to keep $ 200.00 and give me $600.00 he has not yet paid me, nor has he shown up to my house in the past 5 days. I'm currently trying to find someone to complete the removal of the tree stumps and debris.

This company should not be listed or referred by Anji to do anything. I paid this company 3/4 of the actual price to perform both remove 6 pine trees and grind the stumps, they have removed 5, the 5 stumps are still there, I also paid for the replacement of my driveway, they tore up the concrete and have yet return to complete the project. Be advised that the work started on Dec 17th. I call and no response. They have a bunch of drunks and drug heads. Please remove this company from Angi list. I am now pursuing legal assistance. I will provide photo when my grandson comes to assist me.

Awful. After an estimate, we agreed on a price of $2800. I paid $1400 as a deposit. On the 1st day (Oct 16th) they knocked down the trees and removed some of the lumber. I I thought things were going well so I gave them the rest of the amount ($1400). On the 2nd day (Oct 17th), we agreed to add the removal of the 2 oak trees for an additional $400. They worked half a day, but one of their workers hurt himself so I understood. Since then, they never returned to the site. I messaged the owner and he said he'll get it done by next week (Oct 21-25) but then no one showed up and the job is incomplete. On Oct. 25th he would have it done by Oct 30th. No one showed up ever and the job wasn't done by Oct 30th.
