"The company installed a dehumidifier in the crawl space and closed off all vents to correct and keep in check moisture under the house._x000D_|_x000D_|Also, they were to dig trenches in front of the house to divert water from the house but did not do that part because the "front guy" did not figure the drainage plan correctly. This person and the company were notified of this and it was to be re-designed and completed at a later date. As of November 4, 2013 we have not received a call to schedule this part of the original contract dated 08-26-13."

"Work was beautiful and solved the problem of too much "bump" entering driveway.  The new concrete is shaped to perfectly fit a tough spot in an old house and neighborhood, and looks great too.  The only problem was that John had arranged with Waste Management to pick up the dumpster bag of old concrete for recycling but Waste Management never showed up.  John finally had to have one of his crew manually pick up the old concrete blocks.  In return for our waiting for the clean-up, John waived the extra fee we had originally agreed upon.

"Work done involved removing an old asphalt driveway that was cracked and bulging upwards from large tree roots, removing these tree roots, and installing a new concrete replacement driveway. Owner and contractor, Ezequiel Tejeda, provided a written contract and a very reasonable charge for these services. Despite several unforseen and some personal setbacks (truck breakdown, a LOT MORE TREE ROOTS than expected, flat tire, concrete supplier arriving 3 hrs. late), Mr. Tejeda kept the work moving forward to ensure that the buyer would have a driveway completely installed by the verbally agreed upon completion timeline. Mr. Tejeda, his righthand man, Rene, were true professional craftsmen who obviously took pride in providing the client with a top quality finished product that met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Tejeda explained each step of the process as work progressed, the products being used, and why those products had been chosen. The client's approval was sought before proceeding. All workers put in extended hours each day to get the job done in a timely manner, worked hard, and kept the work area and surrounding yard and neighborhood clean and free of trash. Overall a positive experience with an honest, reliable, hardworking contractor and a crew of top quality professional craftsmen. Would hire again. Recommended to others."
