"Work done involved removing an old asphalt driveway that was cracked and bulging upwards from large tree roots, removing these tree roots, and installing a new concrete replacement driveway. Owner and contractor, Ezequiel Tejeda, provided a written contract and a very reasonable charge for these services. Despite several unforseen and some personal setbacks (truck breakdown, a LOT MORE TREE ROOTS than expected, flat tire, concrete supplier arriving 3 hrs. late), Mr. Tejeda kept the work moving forward to ensure that the buyer would have a driveway completely installed by the verbally agreed upon completion timeline. Mr. Tejeda, his righthand man, Rene, were true professional craftsmen who obviously took pride in providing the client with a top quality finished product that met or exceeded expectations.
